Preventative Maintenance
One of our biggest growth areas is preventative maintenance. So many companies simply run equipment until it fails which can be very costly and cause major damage, unnecessary expense and down time that could have been avoided. Incorporating a ballbar calibration check with the PM service can not only tell you the accuracy of the machine it can trouble shoot and give you a report that can determine many things including: servo mismatch, ballscrew wear and thrust bearing failure, to name a few. It is an excellent instrument to trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and alignment issues on machine tools.
Best of all we do not charge a fee to run a ballbar check on your machine - its part of the PM!
